How Our Schedule Tool Works
If you're ready to schedule service and experience why drivers trust our repair facility, you can utilize the steps below to plan an appointment in Raleigh. Returning users can insert their phone or email account to find their profile and proceed to the second step.
- Find Your Vehicle - Using the selection menu, find the make, year, and model of your vehicle. In addition, select the engine type if applicable and supply a rough mileage estimate so we can understand what you drive.
- Select Your Services - Based on the mileage of your vehicle, we'll recommend a set of services that Subaru recommends having completed. In addition, you can select individual services, recalls, or points of concern for us to address.
- Arrange Transportation - Here, you'll select options to wait in our customer lounge or drop off your vehicle for an extended stay. Some of our services may require you to leave your vehicle in our secure facility overnight, allowing us to tackle your needs by the book.
- Pick Your Appointment - Once you've selected your services and arranged for transportation, you'll be asked if you want to work with a specific advisor. If you have no preference, pick the date and time that works best for your schedule, with available appointments appearing below the calendar.
Once you've selected your appointment, review the service ticket and add your contact information. You can choose if you'd like notifications about any updates or provide additional comments ahead of your appointment.
